Montag: So gegen 10 Uhr Morgens holten uns Casey (Eklipse) und sein Kollege Garfield in Alhambra im Studio ab, geplant war eine kleine Rundreise durch LA. Zuerst sind wir nach Downtown gefahren, vorbei an einer grössern Wandproduktion von Totem2 aus Atlanta und seiner Crew. Zum Frühstück gab es dann Pancakes, die das Format einer xxxl Familien Pizza hatten, nur dreimal so dick. Sogar Revok, der sich uns angeschlossen hatte, konnte die Dinger nicht verputzen.

Nach dem Flycat aus Mailand und Chaz noch dazu kamen ging es zu Mister Cartoon's Studio. (Cartoon ist DER Tätoowierer an der Westcoast, wenn es um den Lowrider-Cholo-Latino-Gang Tattoo Style geht. Zu seinen Kunden gehören Enimem, CypressHill, Snoopdog, Xzibit, und Slash von Guns'n'Roses). Hier haben wir dann mit ihm und seinem Partner Scandalous gechillt.

Nachdem Cartoon und Seak in einem Sushi Restaurant in little Tokyo einen Tattowiertermin für später ausgemacht hatten ging es auf den Hügel über Eagle Rock in das Studio von Chaz. Hier bekammen wir erstmal ein Lehrstunde in Sachen Westcoast Graffiti History. Chaz zeigte uns seine beindruckenden Arbeiten. Er hat in den 70er u.a. als Layout an den Logos für "the Warriors" und "Starwars" mit gearbeitet. Er zeigte uns Photos von sich wie er in East LA in den späten 60ern getaggt hat. Chaz fand damals noch Gang-Tags von 1914 in der Umgebung der "Spanish Mission" und des "Fleemarktes". In den 40er Jahren war Los Angeles schon konstant mit Gang-Tags gebombt.

Während der Abend immer später wurde und Flycat die Bar übernommen hatte und uns mit Vodka-O`s versorgte, checkten wir noch die beindruckende Sammlung von Siebdrucken ab. Den Rest des Abends hingen wir dann noch mit Bekannten von Persue ab.

Dienstag: Morgens brachte uns Asylum nach East LA, wo wir eine entspannte Nachmittags Wandaktion starteten. (Am nächsten Morgen haben wir erfahren, dass direkt um die Ecke jemand erschossen und dann aufgehangen wurde.)

Mittwoch: Nachdem wir Morgens noch unsere Bilder photographiert haben, haben wir gegen Mittag noch ein paar Leinwände angefangen. Nach einem kurzen Meeting in Pasadena fuhr Vyal mit Seak zum Tattoo Studio von Mister Cartoon. Hier bekam Seak nach einem kurzen Photoshoot mit Scandalous, Tinte verpasst. Cartoon stach einen klassischen Gang-Cholo Handstyle auf Seak`s Rücken. Denn Abend haben wir dann mit chillen, locker machen, Leinwände zuende malen, verabschieden verbracht.

English: Monday: Around 10 in the morning, Casey (Eklipse) and his Mate Garfield came to the studio to give us a little roundtrip thru LA. We went to downtown passing by a Mural painted by Totem2 and his Boys. We had a 100% Soulfood Breakfast with Pancakes big like Truckwheels. Even Revok who came by on his bicycle had to give up on this Monsters.

After Chaz and Flycat joined us we went with two cars to Mr.Cartoon's studio. Cartoon – a former Graffiti Oldschool Writer – is now one of the most profilistic Tattoo Artists who kick the Westcoast-Cholo-Latino-Lowrider Tattoo styles. He tattooted Eminem, CypressHill, SnoopDog, Xzibit, and Slash from Guns'n'Roses. We hangout for a while, met his Partner Scandalous, which work on the "Joker" Brand.

After Cartoon and Seak made an Tattoo Appointment for later in the Week at a Sushi Place in little-Tokyo, we went to Chaz crib on the Hill above Eagle Rock.

Here we hangout and became a lesson in Westcoast "Tagging" History. Chaz showed us his impressing works (as a Layouter he worked on Grafix for Movies like "Starwars" and "The Warriors". We saw Photos of him Tagging in the early Seventies, and much more. He reported that he spoted Gang Tags near the Spanish Mission and the Fleemarket from 1914. In the 1940ies East LA was all ready bombed with Tags of the early Gangs.

While the evening became later Flycat from Milan took over the Bar and provided everyone with Vodka Orange. After checking out Chaz Screen Print collection we went to Hangout the rest Evening with Friends of Persue.

Tuesday: In the Morning Asylum brought us to a Wall in East LA. There is much not tell about the wall painting itself. Everyone showed up, and we throw down a usuall one afternoon collection of Pieces. (On the next morning we heard that "they" shot and hang someone near to our wall)

Wednesday: The Wednesday started with finish our Pieces and taking Photos, then after a Meeting we did some more Canvases. Later in the Day Vyal drove Seak to Cartoons Studio, after a quick Photo Shoot with Scandalous, it was time for Seak to get some ink. Cartoon did a "Seakone" in classical Cholo Handstyle E2E on Seaks back. Later in the Night back at Manones Studio we all hangout, chilled, cracked some Jokes and then it was time to say goodbye to Asylum, Dave and Vyal.
